Burton, the former 'One Tree Hill' star playing character Peyton Sawyer and Jeffrey Dean Morgan formerly of 'Greys Anatomy' gave birth to their son months ago but have kept the news quiet.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan, 44, and Hilarie Burton, 27, stepped out as a couple for the 'Iron Man 2' premiere. Us Weekly Magazine reports that the two stars who began dating in 2009 gave birth to a baby boy months ago and have kept the news under wraps until now. A source tells the magazine that "their relationship moved really quickly."

Hilarie Burton who divorced 'One Tree Hill' assistant director Ian Prange in 2008 was not photographed in public from May 6, 2009 to April 10, 2010. The couple did announce their pregnancy nor did they publicly announce the birth of their son. "I always love when stars pull a fast one the paparazzi," says Cleveland resident Sarah T.

This is the couple's first child together although Jeffrey Dean Morgan recently found out he is the father of a 5 year old boy with actress Sherrie Ross. "She would be a fantastic mother," Hilarie Burton's ex Ian Prange told Us Weekly.
